- Jack Passed away peacefully on December 31, 2008 at Surrey Memorial
Hospital of heart failure at the age of 64. He was predeceased by his
father and mother Gilbert and Christina Turnbull and sister, Veronica
McDonald in Scotland. He is lovingly remembered by his wife and friend
of 23 years, Karin, his daughters Keli in Toronto and Courtenay in
Surrey, step daughter Maureen (Daniel) Beutler, grandchildren Debbie
and Sam in Calgary, step son Steven (Zuzana) Warren, grandchildren
Tommy and Ema in Prague, Czech Republic, plus many personal friends.
He will be missed by all. There will be a Memorial Service at 12 noon
on Saturday January 24, 2009 at the Masonic Hall 20701 Fraser Highway,
Langley BC. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Heart and
Stroke Foundation of BC.
